Procon was contracted to contain this oil spill and complete the clean-up operation. The plant in this picture was under designed and after heavy rainfall, oil that was supposed to be pumped to the municipal sewerage plant over spilled into the surrounding environment.

Procon recovered all visible oil from the stream and treated the residual oil in the soil by using augmented bioremediation. This project was completed within 2 weeks after the Ultraspin oily water treatment system was installed.
