What are some of the installation costs involved with Ultraspin? 
The Ultraspin systems will be supplied as integrated skid mounted systems; no in pit installation is required. Ultraspin systems also allow use of simple low cost regular concreate oily water separator pits.
What is the main benefit of Ultraspin over plate pack separators?
Plate pack technology has been in use since early in the 1960's. In order to meet increasingly tougher environmental regulations though - Ultraspin developed new higher performance hydrocyclone based oily water separation technology.
Ultraspin technology uses powerful vortex with forces up to 1000 times the force of gravity, to separate the oil. This technology has been internationally and independently recognised as more powerful than plate pack technology for oily water treatment.
Are there high maintenance costs involved with Ultraspin units?
No. The Ultraspin separator does not require any cleaning pads or lifting equipment. The Ultraspin separator hydrocyclone does not require cleaning. On a yearly basis it is recommended to replace the pump and have a yearly service on all Ultraspin systems to ensure top performance though.
What are some of the Environmental Regulations Ultraspin is able to meet?
